DOGS CLICK FOR CATS >>

charlie
Charlie is a young male of about six months with a beautiful red brown/chestnut colored coat and light brown eyes. He has a white chest and a white chin and is still a bit shy, which is a characteristic of many Shelter dogs due to their miserable early experiences. Some of these dogs were strays or from a family where they did not receive the love and care that they deserve. Please come to see Charlie; with some patience he will become a real house friend.

saska
Saska is a large female aged about two years, with a very friendly character which she expresses by continuously wagging her short stumpy tail. When she is stroked she immediately lies down on her back, with four paws up, in hope of getting her belly petted. Her sister Siya was adopted last week and Saska is now waiting to also go home with a new owner. If you are looking for a dog that combines the qualities of a lively friend who will also guard your home, you must take a look at Saska.

nala
Nala is a sweet natured female that was rather shy in the beginning. However, after a couple of weeks in the shelter she started to feel at ease and now fully enjoys the company of the volunteers on the field. She likes to sit with them and enjoy a cuddle or a treat. Nala has a beautiful black coat and funny brown spots above her eyes. She is about 1 ½ years old and has a calm and friendly character and will make a positive addition to any family.

chiquita
Chiquita is a small-sized, sweet dog of about two years. Her owner could no longer care for her and brought her in to the shelter. With her reddish brown coat and the light markings in her face she resembles a little fox. Chiquita is playful, has a good humoured nature and will be a nice and loyal friend for anyone who seeks a companion dog. Who will take this little darling home?

Puppies
Puppies are admitted to the shelter on an almost daily basis. Most of them have been found in the bushes where they were left by an irresponsible owner who neglected to have his pets sterilized and could not deal with the consequences. Promotion of sterilization is a top priority of the CSPA.  Every pet owner should be aware that sterilization of any pet is something natural, and the first thing to be taken care of when a pet is taken into a new home.  Whilst we wait for this message to be absorbed, despite many years of active education, we are looking for some true animal lovers to offer a safe space where they are looked after and loved responsibly.
